The BÉABA® set of 2 silicone pre-spooners is specially designed for the very early stages of diversification. The teaspoons are designed to be used from 4 months, with an adult to familiarise them with the spoon and the first foods. From 6/8 months, they can be used on their own to gradually gain independence. Developed in collaboration with a paediatric nutrition specialist and speech therapist, these pre-spoons are ergonomically designed for very young children. Their design optimises grip, allowing children to use them in three different ways: palm grip, pincer grip or fist grip. With their short, rounded handles, these pre-spoilers are perfectly suited to children's small hands, offering a comfortable grip. The textured tips (waves and pimples) are specially designed to optimise the grip of food, while the flat tips mean that the spoon is not overfilled, can be used on both sides and does not require the wrist to be rotated. The flexible tips are specially designed to adapt to the child's needs (the vague spoon is less flexible than the picots version). Made from 100% silicone, these teaspoons are gentle and safe for babies' sensitive gums, guaranteeing feeding without the risk of irritation or injury. The symmetrical shape of the teaspoons means they can be used ambidextrously, making them suitable for both left- and right-handed babies. Made from high-quality food-grade silicone, these spoons contain no BPA*, PVC or phthalates, so your child is guaranteed to be safe.
