The BÉABA® set of 2 stainless steel cutlery sets (spoon and fork) are specially designed to help young children learn to eat independently. With short, rounded handles, these cutlery sets are perfectly suited to children's small hands, offering a comfortable and safe grip. Developed in collaboration with a paediatric nutrition specialist and speech therapist, these cutlery trays optimise grip, allowing children to use them in three different ways: palmar grip, pincer grip or fist grip. The notches on the handle make them even easier to hold, whatever the method used. The symmetrical shape of the pre-covers means they can be used ambidextrously, making them suitable for both left- and right-handed children. The size of the mouthpiece is specially adapted to the mouths of young children for safe and comfortable feeding. The spoon is shallow to avoid overloading, while the fork is efficient and safe, with slightly rounded tines for added safety. For maintenance, the pre-cutters can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher for added convenience.
