This is a seasoning Mix made exclusively for fried Kababs blend. The final product is deliciously soft and moist finger licking shami Kababs. Ingredients Coriander, Himalayan Pink Salt, Red Chilli, Paprika, Dehydrated Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Bay Leaves, Black Cumin, Black Pepper, Green Cardamom, Cumin, Cloves, Fenugreek Seeds, Carom, Maltodextrin, Hydrolyzed Soya Protein, Cane Sugar, Canola Oil and Silicon Dioxide(Anticaking Agent). Directions Mix 2 tablespoons of Shan Shami Kabab seasoning with 1 kg of minced meat. Knead well and shape into kababs. Fry until golden brown. Serve hot with your favorite chutney.
