Product Description NATRACARE Organic Regular Tampons with Applicator ,16 Count (Pack of 3) Directions Always remove tampons within 8 hours. Keep dry. Avoid using during menstruation if you have ever had Toxic Shock Syndrome or have had a serious infection. Use a lower absorbency tampon if you have a low flow. Change tampons frequently. Do not use tampons if you have never had a menstrual period. Insert the tampon with the applicator by holding the tampon in place with your finger and pushing the applicator into the vagina. Push the inner tube of the applicator into the vagina until you can't push it any further. Hold the outer tube in place and push the inner tube the rest of the way in. Remove the applicator by holding the outer tube in place and pulling the inner tube out. The tampon should be inserted far enough that the string hangs out of the vagina. To remove, pull the string gently until the tampon comes out.
