The whisper wrapper and feminine packaging also make them ideal for discretion in your handbag or at home. Tampons are a great alternative to pads. Light to medium flow or for your light to medium flow days. Ingredients Absorbent Core: Viscose (made from trees), Surface Cover: Non-woven Fabric made from Polyethylene and Polyester, String: Polyester and Cotton, Wrapper: Cellophane (Certified Compostable), Box: paperboard Directions Insert the tampon by holding it by the base and sliding it into the vagina until the removal ring is outside the vagina. Remove the pad by pulling the removal ring. Safety Warning Use the correct absorbency level for your menstrual strength.
