Product Description O.B. Regular Tampons 32. Directions To use, fold the tampon at the perforation and gently insert it into the sheath with protective cover down. Once fully inserted, peel off. To remove again, gently but determined cord until completely comes out. Safety Warning Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if seal is broken. Remove before sleep or exercise. Do not use for longer than 8 hours at a time. Change every 4-8 hours. If you experience severe abdominal pain, fever, or vaginal discharge, seek medical attention immediately. This product is not a contraceptive and does not protect against sexually transmitted diseases. Dispose of used tampons in a sanitary manner. For external use only.
