  • WRIST SUPPORT: The neoprene compress wraps securely around the wrist so it won't slip out of place. It's much more comfortable to wear than trying to secure loose compresses or packs.
  • HOT/COLD: The wrist compress comes with a thermal gel insert that can be heated or cooled, depending on the preferred application. Always check the temperature before applying to wrist!
  • HOW TO COOL: Take the inner pack out of the sleeve and place in the freezer or refrigerator for at least two hours. The pack may be removed at any time once the desired temperature has been reached.
  • HOW TO HEAT: Take the inner pack out of the sleeve and wrap in a moist cloth or paper towel. Microwave for around 20 seconds. If necessary, keep heating at 5 to 10 second intervals until desired temperature is reached.
