Size 3.2M x 10cm Indications Muscle Pain & Recovery Directions Directions for use: Open package and remove the moist bandage Wrap around the affected area, applying enough stretch to provide a comfortable compression which is not too restive. In order to allow the bandage to evaporate its cooing mixture do not overlap the bandage too many times. Adhere he loose end in place safely. Ensure you elevate the affected body part and rest. The treated area will get cooler over the first 10-15 minutes and remain cold for up to 2 hours. It is recommended to inspect the affected body part every 15 minutes. If any discolouration or redness occurs discontinue treatment at once.
