This type of valves is used in different applications of central heating and conditioning systems: - in order to ensure a hot return in the boiler and therefore allow a heat regime sufficiently high to avoid condensation of vapors along the chimney; - if motorized with control unit to have a constant temperature mixing on the mixed route; - diverter: one inlet and two outlets; MUT valves are supplied with manual control and at any time the valve can be motorized without any difficulty by mounting the MUT M Series and V Series engines and/or engines marketed by the houses dealing with regulation. MUT valves consist of a cast iron body and an internal rotor. Rotor rotation angle is about 90°. The mixing, with linear characteristic of the supply and return water, is ensured by the profile of the shaped compass. This mixing takes place by means of a circular sector rotor in the VDM and VDF model, while this is butterfly in the VM and VF model.
