Product Description Unique reusable cold packs are supplied flat packed. Cellular design expands when soaked in water to allow packs to be heated or chilled for therapy use. Cells can be cut out with scissors - ideal for treating children and smaller areas. Sheet size 15 x 13cm. Indications Pain relief, injury treatment (e.g. sprains, strains), reducing inflammation or swelling Directions Soak the pack in water until the cells expand, then chill or freeze it. Cut or trim the pack to the required size using scissors. Apply the pack to the affected area for the desired therapy duration.
