Boil water and submerge the mouthguard for approximately 30 seconds, excluding the external Lip Protector. 2. Wait 5 seconds, position the guard in the mouth, close the jaw, and bite down firmly for approximately 30 seconds. 3. Take care to bite evenly and not so hard that breathing channels collapse. 4. Remove the guard and place it under cold water. 5. For players with braces, simply wear the mouthguard without custom-fitting or biting down into the warm thermo rubber. 6. For a more custom fit, repeat the procedure if necessary.
