Hold mouthguard by strap and submerge to the tips of the underside tooth buttresses for approximately 30 seconds. Do not submerge external Lip Protector. 2. Remove from boiling water and wait approximately 5 seconds. Position guard in mouth, close jaw and bite down firmly for approximately 30 seconds. Take care to bite evenly and not so hard that breathing channels collapse. Players should only need slight impressions to achieve a more custom fit. 3. Remove and place under cold water. 4. Repeat procedure if a good fit is not attained. (Optional) 5. Boil water. Hold mouthguard by strap and submerge to the tips of the underside tooth buttresses for approximately 30 seconds.
