Always use the lowest absorbency for your flow. To insert the tampon, remove the outer sleeve and hold the tampon to the base. Insert the tampon into the vagina until the finger stopper rests on the opening of the vagina. To remove the tampon, gently pull the ribbon until the tampon is completely removed from the vagina. Safety Warning Change the tampon every 4-8 hours, depending on your flow. Dispose of the used tampon properly in the trash.
