- Fresh, Crunchy & Versatile: Produces medium-sized heads with a mild, refreshing flavour—perfect for salads, sautéing, stir-fries and rustic Italian dishes. Its crunchy texture and light-green leaves make it a favourite for healthy, vibrant meals.
- Mid-Early, Strong & Productive: A vigorous mid-early chicory that forms closed, uniform heads with excellent structure. Offers dependable growth throughout the season and stands well in warm conditions, giving gardeners a steady, generous harvest.

Harvest from July to September by picking outer leaves or cutting full heads when firm and mature. SEEDS: 5g Approx.
