Product Description Growing sprouts is easy and effortless. They grow in few days, at home, all the year round. Sprouts enjoy a greater amount of nutrients, much easier to be absorbed, compared to the adult plant. Gelatinous sprouting seeds need soaking only for 5-10 minutes. If using a sprouter with trays make sure to spread seeds together with the gelatine evenly on the trays. Water them once a day until they grow the first baby leaves, then increase up to 2-3 times a day. When ready sprouts can be kept refrigerated for few days when they will continue to grow.
