A quality Plössl eyepiece that has been proven for years in a classic four-lens design. Ideal for expanding the eyepiece range of smaller and medium telescopes at a reasonable price. For high light transmission (image brightness) and to avoid annoying reflections, all lens surfaces are equipped with a multiple coating. All Bresser Plössl eyepieces are equipped with a rubber eyecup, which provides additional observation comfort and avoids stray light incident on the side of the eye. The eyepiece housing and the eyepiece shaft are made entirely of high-quality metal and not plastic. A standard 1.25 inch filter thread for colour and fog filters is of course available. To further reduce annoying reflections, the inner sides of the eyepiece receptacles are carefully blackened. The short focal lengths (high magnifications) are ideal for observing the moon and planets. The long focal lengths (low magnifications) allow beautiful overview of star clusters and nebulae with a pleasant eye distance. All Plössl eyepieces offer significantly higher contrast and image sharpness than the very affordable standard waiters or Huygens eyepieces.
