About this item
- Fagiolo Nano Ferrari is an early, fast-growing French bean variety known for producing long, slender, stringless pods with a tender bite and excellent flavour. This compact bush variety is incredibly productive, delivering generous harvests from June to September and performing beautifully in UK gardens, raised beds and containers. Perfect steamed, sautéed, or tossed warm with vinaigrette for a classic Italian cornetti bean salad, Nano Ferrari is both delicious and highly versatile in the kitchen.
- Delicious & Versatile Pods: Enjoy freshly steamed beans, add to salads, stir-fries or traditional Italian cornetti bean salads. Great flavour and texture, even when picked young.
- Productive & Reliable Crop: A compact, bushy plant that crops heavily from June to September. Perfect for gardens, raised beds, allotments and containers.
- Easy to Grow in UK Conditions: Sow Nano Ferrari beans outdoors from April to July, placing seeds 2cm deep in warm, well-drained soil and a sunny position. Plants grow into compact, bushy shapes that require no support and begin producing tender, stringless pods from June to September. Keep soil moist during dry spells and harvest regularly to encourage continual cropping. SEEDS: 90 Approx.
- Seed Quality: Produced by a historic Italian seed house with over 240 years of excellence. Seeds are packed in protective, recyclable packets to preserve freshness and germination quality – bringing authentic Italian growing to your garden.
