About this item
  • WEATHERPROOF OUTDOOR DESIGN — Built from solid fir wood with a weather-resistant finish, this elevated cat shelter shields cats from rain, wind and damp. The raised base keeps the interior dry and away from ground moisture for year-round outdoor use.
  • 2-TIER BALCONY LAYOUT— Two levels connected by a ramp give cats space to climb, perch and rest. The upper balcony platform offers sunbathing and a vantage point, while the lower cabin provides a cosy, enclosed den for privacy and shelter.
  • ELEVATED & STABLE STRUCTURE — Reinforced brackets and a precision-cut base prevent wobbling, and included ground stakes anchor the unit firmly to lawn or patio. The elevated frame stops damp and cold from rising into the sleeping area.
  • FLIP-OPEN ROOF & EASY ACCESS — The hinged sun roof lifts fully open for quick cleaning and fresh bedding changes, while the front entrance provides easy entry. Overall size: 91.4×71.1×66cm (36×28×26 in), finished in grey to suit gardens.
  • EASY ASSEMBLY & 2-YEAR WARRANTY— Pre-drilled holes and numbered parts mean assembly takes minutes with the included instructions. Made from non-toxic, scent-free fir wood with no chemical off-gassing.

I wrote to Bigamart's customer support and they accompanied the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.

The package was here in Australia from England in a few days — so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
