Select two, three or four sections for the activity you plan to practise. 2. Align the threaded ends carefully and turn each section clockwise by hand until fully seated. Do not cross-thread or overtighten the joints. 3. Check every connection before starting. If a joint feels loose, stop and refit it. HOW TO USE Begin with a short warm-up in a clear area on a level, non-slip surface. Hold the foam-covered section with clean, dry hands and move slowly through a comfortable range. The shorter set-ups suit seated or compact drills, while the full-length set-up provides a wider hand position for standing movements and side bends. Do not force a stretch or use sudden, jerking movements. AFTER USE Turn each section anticlockwise to separate it.
