EPDM Waterproofing Membrane Easy Stick, Self-Adhesive Waterproof Underlayment, 50 Mil Reinforced Flat Roof Sheet, Ice and Water Sheet for RV, Shed, Garage and Patio

• 🏠【Super Strong Adhesion】The higher the surface temperature, the better the adhesion: The EPDM rubber protective layer boasts excellent waterproofing and weather resistance. The high-tack self-adhesive layer ensures a strong bond, preventing edge lifting, and its adhesion strengthens over time, providing a durable protective barrier for the roof.
• 🏠【Customizable Cut to Size】The waterproof membrane measures 3.3 feet x 31 feet and is 50 mil thick. It can be custom-cut to meet the coverage needs of standard roofing projects as well as repairs to corners or intricate details.
• 🏠【Ideal Material for Roof Protection】After installation, the rubber roofing membrane forms a complete, continuous waterproof barrier on the roof surface, effectively preventing rainwater, snowmelt, and moisture from penetrating the building's interior, extending the roof's lifespan. Suitable for areas prone to water accumulation and icing, such as eaves and drains, effectively preventing seepage at the source.
• 🏠【Tool-Free】This self-adhesive roofing membrane is quick and easy to install, featuring a self-adhesive design that requires no special tools. Simply peel off the protective film, apply the membrane, and smooth it out. No welding, drilling, or adhesive is required, making it suitable for everyone.
• 🏠【Precautions】The substrate must be dry, clean, flat, and free of dust and oil; otherwise, adhesion will be affected. Do not apply in damp, rainy, snowy, or frosty weather. Do not apply if the substrate is damp or rain is expected, as moisture retention can cause bubbling and affect adhesion. Overlap the membrane and press it firmly to ensure a seal and prevent rainwater penetration.
• 🏠【Versatile Applications】This flexible rubber membrane adheres firmly to wood, metal, concrete, and most roofing substrates, making it an ideal alternative to asphalt or aluminum roofing membranes. Ideal for sealing RV roofs, garden cabins, garages, patios, gutters, skylights, and HVAC ducts.

Material: Self-adhesive EPDM rubber Features: Resistant to high and low temperatures, corrosion resistant, excellent elasticity, flexible and durable Applicable Areas: Suitable for areas prone to water accumulation and freezing, such as eaves and drains, effectively preventing water seepage at the source. Thickness: 50 mil/1.2mm Sizes: 1x16.7FT/1x5m 1x31FT/1x9.3m Precautions: 1. The substrate must be dry, clean, flat, and free of dust and oil, otherwise adhesion will be affected. 2. Remove the release paper from the back before laying, and press firmly to avoid air pockets and wrinkles. 3. Do not apply in damp, rainy, snowy, or frosty weather. 4. Overlapping joints of the roll material must be pressed firmly to ensure a seal and prevent rainwater seepage. 5. Sharp objects can easily scratch the roll material; avoid punctures and strong pulling during installation and use. 6. For large-area construction, it is recommended to allow for expansion and contraction to prevent arching caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
