About this item
- SIZE & MEASUREMENTS: Includes 2 panels, each W52" × L54" (132 × 137cm). Pencil pleat naturally gathers to 50%–60% width. Total flat width should be 1.5 to 2.5 times your window for rich drape. (±2cm tolerance)
- ROOM DARKENING & THERMAL INSULATION: Effectively blocks 70%–80% of sunlight to create a dark, cosy space—ideal for bedrooms and media rooms. Triple Weave Technology protects furniture from fading and acts as a thermal barrier. It retains winter warmth and reflects summer heat, keeping your room comfortable year-round.
- Premium Velvet Fabric: 300gsm plush velvet with a heavy drape and elegant sheen. The unlined, dense weave gives natural softness, fluidity, and effective room-darkening — without chemical coatings, and without compromising breathability.
- Pencil Pleat & Pole Pocket: Two ways to hang — use hooks for tailored pleats on a track, or slide a pole through the hidden pocket for instant fitting. Adjustable tape lets you control the fullness.
- Easy Care: Machine wash on a gentle cycle at 30°C (wash bag recommended). Tumble dry on low or air-dry. Steam or iron on the reverse side to remove creases. Do not bleach. Note: Leave to air in a ventilated space for 24 hours before hanging to disperse any packaging odour.

I wrote to Bigamart's customer support and they accompanied the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.

The package was here in Australia from England in a few days — so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
