About this item
- [WHAT TO GET]: The base and washer are made of galvanized iron, and the nails are made of aluminum. These components feature good insulation performance, strong bearing capacity, high durability, and are not prone to rusting or deformation.
- [WHERE TO USE]: Insulation pins and washers serve primarily as anchoring components, widely applied in securing insulation materials across scenarios such as HVAC duct insulation, building wall insulation, equipment thermal insulation, and presentation board installation. They are suitable for fixing various materials including fiberglass mats, extruded polystyrene boards, insulation foam boards, and wooden boards.
- [WHAT IT IS]: The self stick insulation pin size is 50mm x 1.5mm / 1.97 x 0.06 inch (LxD), base size is 50 x 50mm / 2 x 2 inch, total length is 50mm / 2 inch; the self locking washer is 30mm x 1.5mm / 1.18 x 0.06 inch (ODxID). 30pcs self stick perforated insulation pins with 30pcs round self locking washers.
- [HOW TO USE]: 1. Peel off the adhesive backing from the aluminum base and firmly press it onto the wall. 2. Once the adhesive has bonded securely, insert the nail through the insulation board. 3. Finally, place the washer on top, then bend or cut off any excess part of the nail to ensure a tight, secure fit.
- [WHAT TO AVOID]: Please confirm the size before purchasing.

The package was here in Australia from England in a few days — so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
