There’s a pocket at the back of the waterproof nappy where you put the absorbent inserts - Every nappy comes with two bamboo & Microfibre absorbent inserts - Adjust the poppers on the front to change the size and get a close fit around your baby's tummy using the front secure popper closure, Simply stuff the absorbent inserts into the pocket inside the waterproof cover and you're good to go! - One size nappies are also known as birth-to-potty nappies but in reality most newborns are simply too teeny to get a good fit, If you want to use cloth nappies from birth you may prefer their newborn nappies (which fit from about 5lb to six months).
