Heavy Duty Clear Vinyl Carpet Protector 15ft x 27" | Anti-Slip Gripper Backing | 100% Waterproof | Transparent PVC Floor Runner | Hallway Office Stairs Events | Cut to Size | Wipe Clean

• HEAVY-DUTY TRANSPARENT PVC — PROTECTS YOUR CARPET WITHOUT HIDING IT Crystal clear vinyl lets your carpet pattern, colour and texture show through completely while forming a tough, waterproof barrier on top. Heavy-gauge PVC construction handles daily foot traffic, rolling office chairs, furniture movement, pet claws and muddy footprints without cracking, splitting or tearing.
• ANTI-SLIP GRIPPER BACKING — STAYS FIRMLY IN PLACE ON CARPET PILE Raised gripper points on the underside grip carpet fibres securely — preventing the sliding, bunching and curling that causes falls and frustration. Works on low, medium and standard carpet pile. For best results on very low-pile or hard-surface floors, secure edges with double-sided tape for additional stability.
• 100% WATERPROOF — SPILLS, MUD & PET ACCIDENTS WIPE CLEAN IN SECONDS The seamless vinyl surface forms a complete waterproof barrier — no liquid penetrates to the carpet below. Spills, muddy footprints, pet accidents and wet boots wipe away instantly with a damp cloth or mop. Fully waterproof across the entire surface with no joins, seams or absorbent areas.
• CUT TO ANY LENGTH WITH SCISSORS — FITS HALLWAYS, STAIRS, OFFICES & EVENTS Cuts cleanly and precisely with standard household scissors or a utility knife — no specialist tools, no fraying. Trim to exact room length, stair width, or custom shape. 27-inch standard width fits the majority of UK hallways. Available from 1ft to 90ft — choose the length that matches your space.
• IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ BEFORE USE New rolls may show initial curl from packaging — unroll and lay flat for 24–48 hours or place heavy objects along edges to flatten. A mild plastic scent is normal on first unrolling and dissipates within hours. Not recommended for very low-pile or hard floor surfaces without additional tape fixings. Do not use on wet or damp carpet.

Protect Your Carpet Properly — Clear, Tough, Waterproof Protection That Stays Where You Put It Whether it's a busy hallway taking daily punishment, an office with rolling chairs, a staircase prone to muddy footprints, or a carpeted event space needing temporary protection — this heavy-duty clear vinyl carpet protector does the job properly. Transparent PVC lets your carpet show through completely. Raised gripper points hold it firmly in place. The waterproof surface wipes clean in seconds. And it cuts to any exact length you need with ordinary household scissors. Where It Works Best Home hallways and corridors: High-traffic zones that take the worst daily punishment from feet, pushchairs, and pets Office spaces: Protects under rolling desk chairs — prevents wheel damage and track marks on carpet pile Stairs: Cut to stair width and length — protects the most-used and hardest-to-replace carpet in any home Events and exhibitions: Temporary protection of carpeted venues during setup, events, and breakdown Moving and renovations: Protect existing carpets during building work, decorating, and furniture moving Caravans and car boots: Durable, cut-to-size waterproof liner for vehicles and storage areas How to Lay Your Carpet Protector for Best Results Step 1 — Flatten before laying: Unroll fully and leave flat for 24–48 hours before use, or place heavy objects along the length to speed up flattening. Applying gentle warmth with a hairdryer on a low setting to stubborn curled edges accelerates this significantly Step 2 — Gripper side down: Ensure the raised gripper points face downward into the carpet — this is the anti-slip surface. The smooth side faces up Step 3 — Trim to size: Cut to your exact required length with scissors or a utility knife against a straight edge Step 4 — Secure edges (if needed): On very low-pile carpet or for heavy-traffic areas, apply double-sided carpet tape along the edges for additional hold Cleaning & Maintenance Wipe the surface with a damp cloth, mop, or sponge — suitable for all standard household cleaning solutions. Allow to dry fully before replacing on carpet. Lift and clean the carpet beneath periodically to prevent moisture build-up. Fully reusable — roll up and store flat when not in use for long-term protection season after season. Important Notes — Please Read Before Ordering Initial mild plastic scent on unrolling is completely normal and dissipates within a few hours in a ventilated room Gripper points grip carpet pile — for very low-pile carpet or smooth hard floors, use carpet tape along edges Not designed as a freestanding floor covering — must lie on carpet for gripper points to function correctly Available in 16 lengths from 1ft to 90ft — all at the standard 27-inch (68cm) width
