Planting of Desert Rose should simulate the native drought environment. The soil should be leaf mold, river sand, and garden soil in a ratio of 2:2:1, and a small amount of base fertilizer should be added to enhance air permeability. Ensure 6-8 hours of direct sunlight every day, shade at noon in summer, and the room temperature should not be lower than 8℃ in winter. Watering should be "better dry than wet", and water thoroughly when the pot soil is dry, once every 20-30 days in winter. Apply thin fertilizer frequently from April to September, and add phosphorus and potassium fertilizers before flowering. Repot in spring, prune overgrown branches and weak branches after flowering, and prevent water accumulation and root rot.
