About this item
- Easy Use with Zip & Drawstring: This 2-pack horticultural plant protector (100x120cm) features a side zip for easy access—no need to remove the entire covering when watering or checking potted flowers/vegetables—and a bottom drawstring to cinch tightly around shrubs, small trees, or palm bases. Unlike flimsy plastic sheets, the zip and drawstring design keeps the protective cloth secure against outside wind, making it simpler to use than traditional cloches or netting.
- Thick Thermal Insulation for Freeze Proof:Crafted from heavy-duty fleece fabric with thermal insulation, these frost protectors offer reliable freeze protection (ideal for -6℃ cold weather) to shield olive, lemon, and citrus trees from frost, snow, and rapid nighttime temperature drops. The thick fabric retains warmth while staying breathable, ensuring plants like ferns or roses can absorb air and sunlight without being suffocated, better than thin grass or hessian wraps.
- Durable & Reusable Garden Blankets: These plant jackets are made of high-quality, washable fabric—more durable than disposable plastic covers—so they can be reused for multiple seasons. Unlike lightweight shade cloths, the heavy-duty material resists tearing from weather or shrub branches, making it a cost-effective choice for long-term gardening needs (e.g., protecting fruit bushes, vegetable beds, or greenhouse seedlings).
- Wide Application for Various Plants: Suitable for both small and medium plants: use as individual covers for potted roses, banana plants, or bay trees; spread as ground covering for lawn grass or seed beds; or combine to create a temporary cold-proof for young veg (tomatoes, peppers) or flowering shrubs. It also works as a protective wrap for citrus or olive trees, replacing single-use plant bags with a more versatile solution.
- Breathable & All-Weather Protection: The fleece fabric allows 40%-60% light transmittance, supporting germination of greenhouse seeds while blocking harsh weather (snow, hail, strong wind). Unlike non-breathable plastic protectors, it keeps plants like cordyline or ferns healthy by letting air and moisture through, while the protective layer also deters birds from pecking at fruit or flower buds—all in one easy-to-store blanket.

The package was here in Australia from England in a few days — so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
