About this item
- STAYS SOFT BY DESIGN – This permanently soft sealant remains flexible after application instead of curing hard, helping maintain a continuous seal around cracks, joints and openings as surfaces move or settle over time.
- HARD PARTICLE FORMULA – Contains synthetic diamond, quartz and steel particles within the sealing compound, creating a dense material that makes gnawing ineffective while remaining soft rather than setting into a hard mass.
- PRECISE CARTRIDGE APPLICATION – The 300 ml cartridge fits a standard caulking gun for controlled application into narrow gaps, joints and cable or pipe entries. Use as an outdoor waterproof sealant for suitable exterior areas.
- VERSATILE SURFACE USE – Suitable for indoor and outdoor applications and designed to adhere to wood, concrete, metal and PVC. Use as an external sealant waterproof solution where a permanently soft sealing material is required.
- FOR CRACKS, JOINTS & ENTRIES – Apply to prepared openings and seal around cable or pipe entries. For larger holes, fill the opening with RaxWool first, then use RaxStop as an all weather sealant to close the surface.

I wrote to Bigamart's customer support and they accompanied the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.

The package was here in Australia from England in a few days — so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
