About this item
  • 20X28 INCH FRAME FOR AN A2 PHOTO: the bevel-cut white mount takes an A2 photo (42 x 59.4 cm); its window is about 4 mm smaller on each edge so the photo sits flat and secure
  • SOLID WOOD GREEN FRAME: real wood, not MDF or plastic, with a smooth painted green finish; the square-edged moulding is 20 mm wide and 21 mm deep, frame fitting size 50.8 x 71.1 cm
  • 11 COLOURS, 30 SIZES: Pink, Lilac, Purple, Red, Orange, Yellow, Light Green, Green, Blue, Black and White, from small photo sizes to A1; every frame comes with a white mount
  • CLEAR STYRENE FRONT: a shatterproof styrene sheet with the clarity of glass, lighter and safer than glass for homes, nurseries and schools; peel the protective film from both sides before use
  • READY TO HANG, PORTRAIT OR LANDSCAPE: hooks on the back for wall display; you get one frame with mount, styrene front and backboard, artwork not included

I wrote to Bigamart's customer support and they accompanied the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.

The package was here in Australia from England in a few days — so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
