The post base is height-adjustable thanks to the right/left thread and can still be adjusted in height after assembly and is therefore used in many gardening projects.How is the support base constructed and how is it used? If the foundation does not have the same height everywhere, the post support can be adjusted within a range of 180 - 230 mm and thus compensate for differences in height. To avoid unwanted adjustment of the height, the post supports are equipped with a lock nut. The lock nut is screwed against the long nut and thus prevents it from being unscrewed unintentionally. Important: For reasons of stability, approximately 20 - 30 mm of the adjustment range is required as thread security.
