Our 24mm thick Green Interlocking Horse Stable Floor Mats are manufactured from high-density EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) foam and are designed for use as stable flooring. The closed-cell EVA foam has a fine, uniform cell structure, creating a semi-rigid mat that is lightweight and easier to handle and install than many traditional rubber stable mats. The mats provide a cushioned surface and are suitable for use in stables and other equestrian environments. The EVA material is resistant to moisture, urine and many common stable chemicals, making it suitable for everyday use. The smooth surface can be cleaned using standard stable cleaning methods. There are no specific weight limits for our stable matting. However, at ARK we recommend 18mm mats for very small horses, 24mm for small horses, 34mm for medium horses and 44mm for large horses to suit different applications. The closed-cell EVA foam has low moisture absorption and provides a layer between the stable floor and the horse. Suitable for use in stables, horse boxes and other equestrian settings, these mats offer a practical flooring option that is lightweight, durable and straightforward to fit and maintain.
