Testing the Product Ensure all packaging is removed before connecting the power. Unroll the LED strip light so it can effectively dissipate heat, preventing any potential short-circuiting or melting due to high temperatures during operation. About Waterproofing The main body of the LED strip is encased in PVC tubing, making it waterproof. However, the ends of the strip and the power cord are not waterproof. The power cord should only be used in dry locations. If installed outdoors, ensure the ends of the LED strip are fully sealed and the power cord is protected. This high-voltage product must not be submerged in water. If the Product Does Not Work (LEDs Not Lighting Up) Try disconnecting and then reconnecting the power cord and LED strip. Alternatively, remove the power cord and connect it to another port on the strip (after removing the plastic cover).
