The adjustable spring (sizes 1-6) allows you to conveniently adjust the opening and closing force to the weight of your door (20-150kg). Our heavy duty door closer has 3 valves: the check valve prevents the door from opening too quickly and hitting into the wall. The locking speed valve ensures that the door closes securely and the fingers are not trapped while the delayed valve allows the door to close slowly.
• Indoor/outdoor use: Our automatic door lock for home and commercial doors also has an optional mechanism for attaching smoke detectors (UL228 certified) so that it automatically locks in case of fire and prevents the fire from spreading. The car door closer keeps the fire for up to 3 hours (UL10C, UL/CUL, UL10B certified) and increases the safety of buildings and people inside.
