About this item
  • Note: The installation hole spacing of the fitting is 15 cm (±1.5 cm). Suitable for wall hole spacing of 13.5 - 16.5 cm. Please confirm the wall hole spacing before purchasing.
  • The height of the tap is 15.2 cm, and it is recommended that the distance between the wall mounting hole and the worktop is 8-14 cm.
  • 360° rotatable spout: the outlet pipe of the wall tap can be rotated 360°, which offers you a larger usage space.
  • Removable bubbler: the nozzle of the tap can be unscrewed by hand or tool, making it easy to clean/replace the bubbler or connect the necessary accessories (thread specification: male thread M24).
  • The kitchen tap is made of SUS304 stainless steel, sturdy and durable. Thanks to the high-quality ceramic cartridge, the handle is flexible, the cold and hot water evenly and the sealing is good.

I wrote to Bigamart's customer support and they accompanied the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.

The package was here in Australia from England in a few days — so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
