Pure White Mineral Oil is an extremely pure, food safe oil which is crystal clear in appearance, non-toxic, tasteless and odourless. The product displays inherent oxidation stability giving a good shelf life and displays good fluidity even at low temperatures. Its crystal clear colour helps to minimize the risk of staining and the product is fully approved for use both in and around food preperation / processing areas. Registered by the NSF as being food safe in both incidental and direct contact with food.
