• 16mm tubes are used for the uprights(legs) and the 13mm tubes are used for the crossbars(length and width bars across the top). The uprights need to be pushed into the soil between 10-30cm depending on how tall you go.
• Use our plastic joiners to create exactly what you require. Corners, tees and crosses available.
• Each joiner has a 16mm fitting for the upright and then the other fittings are 13mm for the width and length crossbars.
• We also have extension poles which have swaged ends which slot inside a standard pole and allow you to create longer lengths. We don't advise going any longer than 1.98m for each span and we don't advise going any taller than 1.5m in height due to stability.

Our tubes come in two different diameters 13mm (actual external diameter is 12.7mm) and 16mm (actual external diameter is 15.9mm). The wall thickness of the 13mm is 0.9mm and the wall thickness of the 16mm is 0.7mm. The 16mm tubes are usually used as the legs of your frame and the 13mm tubes are used as cross bars. We have designed our own black plastic joiners which slot easily inside the tubes. The three joiner types are corners, tees, and crosses. Each cage will require 4 corners, the tees are used for extending the width and length on the outside of the cage and the crosses are used within the middle of the cage to create extra length and width. You can increase the height and length of your structure by using Aluminium Extensions. The Aluminium 'Extensions' are swaged (5cm) at one end allowing you to join 2 tubes easily reducing the number of joiners required. 1.8m length join 1 x 900mm + 1 x 900 Extension 1.5m length join 1 x 600mm + 1 x 900mm Extension The Extensions are actually 650mm(extra 5cm) and 950mm(extra 5cm) however once inserted together you lose this 5cm.
