- BAMBOO PALM - The Dypsis Lutescens commonly known as the Areca or Bamboo palm is an evergreen palm that produces a cluster of erect stems with linear leaflets. This plant is ideal for home or offices due to its air purifying properties and being very low maintenance.
- GROWING CONDITIONS - As the Drypsis is a tropical plant they enjoy a lot of water. Allowing the top layer of soil to dry out before rewatering will prevent it becoming waterlogged and the roots to develop root rot. This plant loves to be situated in bright indirect sunlight and does best in an East or West facing position but it can tolerate cooler temperatures and dry air conditioned environments.
- HEIGHT & SPREAD - This plant can grow to 8 metres in height and each pinnate leaf can grow up to 2 metres in length.
- POT SIZE (SUPPLIED) - This plant will arrive in a 9cm plastic growing pot.
