Resincoat Rapid Set is the fastest curing epoxy repair mortar on the market. Developed in the Resincoat laboratory, this mortar is unique in that it offers fully trafficable repair in just two hours, even at low temperatures. The product is a three-component resin and aggregate that is ideal for time critical repairs to damaged concrete floors and potholes. Coverage Rates: 5kg - covers approximately 0.6m² at a 5mm thickness 10kg - covers approximately 1.2m² at a 5mm thickness 25kg - covers approximately 3m² at a 5mm thickness Application Guide: Preparation: Before applying Resincoat all in one repair mortar any hole or defected concrete should be thoroughly cleaned using a wire brush and vacuumed to remove any loose materials. Ensure the surface is 100% dry before application. Application: 1. Mix together parts A & B with a slow speed drill and paddle thoroughly for a minimum of 90 seconds 2. Decant into a larger mixing vessel (30L for 25kg mix size). Add filler (Part C) and mix again with a larger mortar & paddle (mega mixer or similar) for a further 3 minutes, until fully blended. Please ensure when adding Part C it is done gradually but quickly 3. Apply mortar with a steel float or trowel, compacting whilst applying. Be sure to fully fill the hole to prevent weakening of the top surface 4. Smooth the top to achieve a dense tough, long lasting finish Note: product has a pot life of 30 minutes at 20°C. Once mixed, use immediately. Useful Information: *This product is not resistant to certain acids such as sulphuric, battery etc.
