You can try rolling the washable rug back in the opposite direction, place it upside down, or use heavy plants, books, furniture upwards, or mattresses to push the fibers to help the rug relax quickly. Or you can use low temperature ironing to restore the abstract rug. 3. To wash the washable rug, use a delicate cycle with a mild detergent. 4. If you don't mind risking the 1" shrinkage, you can wash it as you would wash any dark colored cotton items. However, we recommend allowing it to air dry as a dryer will certainly shrink the rug a bit. 5. You can stretch the hallway runner or iron it at low temperature to return it to its original shape. 6. After the hallway rug is completely dry, you can place the 2x3 rug runner in the original packaging bag or store the laundry rug runner in a relatively dry environment to prevent the rug runner from becoming moldy or other accidents.
