The following data is recorded in the book: date of the journey, travel time, destination and chosen itinerary, travel purpose and interlocutor, km level at departure, km travelled (business and private), km level on arrival, consumption and cost of fuel and engine oil, and a field indicating the name of the respective driver. On the last page you can enter an annual report as well as costs for repairs and spare parts. The logbook is used for the legally required recording of private and business routes of a company vehicle and is recognised as a tax proof by the tax office.
