This high nitrogen content makes urea prills an efficient and cost-effective choice for fertilizing crops. The prill form of urea offers several advantages. The spherical shape and uniform size of the prills allow for easy handling, storage, and application. They are less likely to clog machinery and can be spread evenly across the field, ensuring a consistent nitrogen supply for the plants. Urea prills have a high solubility in water, which means that they dissolve readily when applied to the soil.
