Guard HTB is a single component, silicon heat resistant paint ideal for interior and exterior use on metal, at operating temperatures up to 600°C.Technical Data Theoretical spreading rate: 6m2p/l approx. Volume Solids: 9% Dry Film Thickness (DFT): 15μm Wet Film Thickness (WFT): 170μm Flash Point: Above 21°C VOC Content: 580 gms/litre Touch Dry: 1-2 hours Recoatable: 2 hours Hard Dry: Needs to be cured at 200°C for 1 hour to obtain full cure Storage: Keep material in original containers and use within 12 months of delivery. Materials not used should be resealed. Store in a cool, dry place and at temperatures no lower than 10°C.
