Product Description Dense mist lays over the meadows of Carcassonne, swallowing whole homesteads and crawling up to the city walls. Even the bravest knights tremble and their armor rattle when they hear the monks' narrative: the fog brings forth the souls of the Cathars hunted during the Crusades. They come back to know justice. Can you calm the restless spirits together to restore peace in Carcassonne? With fog over Carcassonne, you experience the world of Carcassonne for the first time in a cooperative variant. The game is played according to the well-known rules regarding the laying of tiles and collecting points. But for the first time, you must join your forces to keep the spread of the fog and spirits in it, contain the bewitched earth in the cemeteries and use the spooky haunted castles to your advantage. If too many ghosts appeared or have passed every three days before enough points have been collected, you have lost the game. Mist over Carcassonne is a standalone game, but the complete material in the form of different modules can also be integrated into the huge Carcassonne world and thus used as an extension.
