Durable uPVC capping provides a clean low-maintenance finish to old damaged window board and is perfect for lining of window reveals These 9mm capping boards are exterior grade uPVC, exactly like the longer versions sold for use on house fascia. So unlike timber, they are unaffected by moisture, therefore ideal in wet areas and rooms of high humidity. Cut capping length to match overall length of window board (including joggles) 2. Cut the back edge of capping to equal window board depth plus 9mm (allowance for thickness of downward leg) 3. Measure length of reveal to cut out any joggles as required 4. Apply quick grab adhesive to window board before placing capping firmly on top 5. Trim end caps to desired length and fix with superglue 6. Apply decorators caulk around edges for a neat finish if required. Each Board is 2m in length (200cm), Choose your depth of board from the options available, one pair of end caps is supplied per board purchased, All boards cover approx 10mm less than the depth displayed, due to the 10mm thick lip on the front of the board. For example a 200mm board would only cover 190mm front to back.
