Product Information: The point length has been increased to mirror the hugely successful Trig and Chod Hammers resulting in incredibly sharp hooks straight out of the pack. On the two largest sizes 4 and 5 the wire gauge has been stepped down by 0.1mm for improved strength and the heavy forge helps to accentuate this. However due to the length to wire ratio the points are still long, fine and needle sharp. The double tempering process of heat and cryogenic curing ensures high strength and point retention with just the right level of shock absorbing spring: neither too soft nor too brittle. Like all other Cryogen hooks in the range these feature a smooth PTFE Tuflon coating and micro barbs which provide excellent penetration and a secure hold. Increased eye diameters per rata across the different sizes allow thicker monofilament to be used with the knotless knot.
