Just add cold or hot water, stir, and enjoy the ideal breakfast. Ingredients Rolled Oats (65%), Granulated Sugar, Coconut Milk Powder (9%), Freeze-Dried Blackcurrants (4%), Freeze-Dried Diced Apple (3%). Directions REMOVE THE OXYGEN ABSORBER (Sachet) from inside the pouch. Slowly add hot water, stirring as you pour and then close the bag. Wait 5 minutes for the food to rehydrate.
