Directions Especially at the start, use Marine Gel twice a day (morning and evening). Clean face with warm water and pat dry with a clean towel. The relaunched and improved product is now much thicker and more concentrated: Squeeze the tube very gently, to ensure that only the smallest of drops comes out of nozzle. It’s likely that one tiny drop will now be enough for both eyes, but repeat if necessary.
