Directions 1. Remove the Eternal Council Faction Deck from its packaging. 2. Shuffle the deck and place it face down as a draw deck. 3. Deal five cards to each player as their starting hand. 4. Place the remaining cards face down as a draw deck. 5. Each player selects a summoner and places it in front of them. 6.
