NUANCES Extreme filters are made of highly durable tempered glass that can withstand an accidental drop. The Graduated Neutral Density ND8 filter (3 stops) has a hard transition between the densest area and the least dense area of the glass, starting at the top of the filter. The maximum exposure correction of 3 stops is thus available on almost half of the filter surface. Many technologies are implemented to achieve impressive neutrality and images without infrared contamination. The new design of the NUANCES Extreme filters with their rounded edges and a thickness of 2 mm makes them easier to use in difficult external conditions. COKIN recommends the use of an NX Series filter holder with the NUANCES Extreme range in size L (requires a filter frame from the NX Series range). Nuances Extreme L-size filters are also compatible with existing EVO and Creative L-size filter holders (Z-Pro series).
