Start by placing the Spinefitter on the floor or flat surface. 2. Sit on your back, depending on the area of the body you wish to treat. 3. Place under the treat and start rolling slowly, using your body weight to apply desired pressure. 4. Continue about 10-15 seconds each tense painful point. 5.
