About this item
  • CRYSTAL CLEAR LEAD-FREE GLASS: no fogging after repeated dishwasher cycles, no chemical leach into your drink. These cocktail glasses stay properly transparent, the kind that shows off colour and carbonation, and they look the same on the shelf a year from now as the day they arrived.
  • WEIGHTED BASE, 265ml TUMBLER CAPACITY: the thick flat square bottom keeps these glasses steady on a table, a worktop, or a crowded drinks tray. Comfortable in the hand. Solid enough to feel like they cost more than they did, which the reviews confirm they do.
  • DISHWASHER SAFE, TOP RACK: the full set goes in together. No hand-washing, no careful stacking, no checking for smears. This drinking glasses set of 6 is built for the drawer you reach into without thinking — daily water, a Friday gin, Sunday juice on the table for everyone.
  • INDIVIDUALLY CUSHIONED IN THE BOX: every glass is foam-protected, not loose in a carton, not wrapped in paper. The most common reason people return glassware in this category is transit damage. Each of these highball glasses arrives the way it was packed — intact.
  • LEAD-FREE, BPA-FREE, FOOD-GRADE GLASS: safe for water glasses every day of the week, the dishwasher, and the occasional teenager with no regard for its feelings. Set of 6 is the right number for a full dinner table. Boxed presentation makes it a ready gift for a housewarming, birthday, or new home.

I wrote to Bigamart's customer support and they accompanied the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.

The package was here in Australia from England in a few days — so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
